As part of the project kick-off process, we sat down with the client for a comprehensive discovery phase to learn more about their business, pain points, and what they needed. That way we would have a deeper understanding of their business model and ideal client profile. For their website, they were specifically looking to generate leads from their website and revamp their brand into something more modern as they previously only received leads from referrals and looked to increase brand proof for their company.
Once we discovered the full scope of the project, our team got to work creating a comprehensive sitemap. This involved carefully categorizing website content and strategically placing key resources to ensure intuitive navigation. Once we finalized the sitemap, we submitted it for client review and made adjustments.

Our client was also looking to refresh their brand with a new logo and brand colors. Our team then presented the client with a brand guide, with different logo variations and colors that were both modern and reflective of their brand values. We then incorporated the new brand design consistently through the web and print collateral for a unified presentation.

After receiving feedback, our designer then created a custom WordPress theme based on that design, adding the content the client approved to boost SEO efforts. We then submitted a demo site to Shared HR Services for approval and made a few revisions based on their feedback.
