Sales Representative
SUMMARY
This position is mainly responsible for acquiring new clients for web creation, domain, and hosting, as well as support existing clients.
Full Time
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 hours (flextime between 8 am to 7 pm)
Location: Bellevue, WA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- New customer development (Web Creation, Domain Hosting, San Diego Town Advertising, etc.).
- Meets with clients to discuss our services if needed.
- Document preparation such as proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Data entry and analysis for new and existing clients.
- Communication with other departments within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual Web Application Tester (Japanese and English)
SUMMARY
Primary duty is to be responsible for the localization and testing of all Japanese products and services. Is accountable for ensuring all Japanese content speaks with a consistent and coherent voice. Also is the primary point person for all Japanese interface and functionality testing. Working closely with other Web Application Testers, Designers, Developers, and Project Managers.
Location: Bellevue, WA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Localize content for websites, web applications, print media, and internal documentation from English to Japanese at a business level
- Test and bug fix verification on Japanese websites, web applications, and interfaces. Then report any bugs found and work closely with teams to solve issues.
- Reproduce any issues/bugs reported by customers and internal stakeholders
- Post to Japanese company blogs and websites
- Provides clear and concise feedback on bugs, usability and other test findings/results.
- Distinguishes between user error and actual application bugs.
- Defines project expectations and timelines for deliverables to fellow team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Technical certification in a computer or web related field; or, equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of demonstrated QA skills such as test planning, writing test specifications, ad hoc and planned test execution, bug isolation, troubleshooting and bug reporting.
- Working knowledge of web design and web programming preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows operating systems, MAC and Mobile devices.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Fluency in Japanese required.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to analyze needs and product requirements to provide solutions.
