Office Administrator / Executive Assistant

SUMMARY

This position supervises and oversees the daily operation of the PSP buildings and makes sure daily operations run smoothly and serve as Executive Assistant to CEO.

Location: Bellevue, WA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversees and acts as contact person for property management-related issues; works closely with tenants, janitors, handyman and vendors as needed.
  • Provides communication to President, General Manager, and CFO on ongoing issues, as needed.
  • Prepare Safety / Accident Committee reports
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for CEO
  • Proofreading of articles prepared by CEO
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees building maintenance, janitorial, Rockwood issues, Sonitrol security system, and point person for tenants. Work with vendors such as Fox Plumbing, Hopster Electric, PSR, Paratex, Pacific Power Generation, Rainier Specialty Services, Rockwood Office Park/Bob Owen, Scott's Fire Protection, Sympatico, Sonitrol, Vanguard/Hardy & Assoc, and White Glove. Be responsible for maintaining autos, manage company lunches/events with Front Desk Admin. Attend annual Rockwood meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Sales Representative

SUMMARY

This position is mainly responsible for acquiring new clients for web creation, domain, and hosting, as well as support existing clients.

Full Time
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 hours (flextime between 8 am to 7 pm)

Location: Bellevue, WA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • New customer development (Web Creation, Domain Hosting, San Diego Town Advertising, etc.).
  • Meets with clients to discuss our services if needed.
  • Document preparation such as proposals, estimates, and contracts.
  • Data entry and analysis for new and existing clients.
  • Communication with other departments within the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual Web Application Tester (Japanese and English)

SUMMARY

Primary duty is to be responsible for the localization and testing of all Japanese products and services. Is accountable for ensuring all Japanese content speaks with a consistent and coherent voice. Also is the primary point person for all Japanese interface and functionality testing. Working closely with other Web Application Testers, Designers, Developers, and Project Managers.

Location: Bellevue, WA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Localize content for websites, web applications, print media, and internal documentation from English to Japanese at a business level
  • Test and bug fix verification on Japanese websites, web applications, and interfaces. Then report any bugs found and work closely with teams to solve issues.
  • Reproduce any issues/bugs reported by customers and internal stakeholders
  • Post to Japanese company blogs and websites
  • Provides clear and concise feedback on bugs, usability and other test findings/results.
  • Distinguishes between user error and actual application bugs.
  • Defines project expectations and timelines for deliverables to fellow team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of web design and web programming preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows operating systems, MAC and Mobile devices.

  • Fluency in Japanese required.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to analyze needs and product requirements to provide solutions.
  • Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
