Introducing Passkey Login

We're happy to announce InforMakers, our intuitive online form builder, now uses Passkey!

Passkey is a personal authentication system utilizing biometric authentication. Compared to traditional password authentication, it offers significant improvements in both convenience and security. Since major U.S. tech companies introduced Passkey, it's gained more attention and popularity this year.

Benefits of Passkey Login

Once you set up a passkey, log in securely and smoothly without re-entering your password.

Encrypted key authentication: Use a public-private key pair mechanism, eliminating password transmission for enhanced security.
User-friendly: Log in using fingerprint authentication, facial recognition, or a device PIN.
Synchronization across devices: Use the same passkey on multiple devices like smartphones and PCs.

How to Set Up a Passkey

Open the login page
Click on Create passkey now!
Enter the Email and Password you use for your InforMakers account.
Select an authentication when the window appears.

*The setup method varies depending on your browser and device

For Windows PCs:

Enter your PIN code or use facial recognition (saved in Google Password Manager, Windows Hello, Chrome, Mac, etc.).
Scan the QR code with another device (save to the specified location on the scanning device).
Connect a security key to a USB port.

For iPhone:

Use Face ID/Touch ID or enter your device passcode (saved in Apple Passwords or iCloud Keychain)
Scan the QR code with another device (save to the specified location on the scanning device)
Connect and save a security key

How to Log In with Passkey

After setting it up, click Secure login with a passkey and log in using the method appropriate for your device or browser (like entering a PIN, fingerprint authentication, or facial recognition).

* Logging in with your email address and password remains available as before.

Managing Passkeys

In the Manage Passkeys section (found on the Account page in the top-right navigation), you can view creation and login history, as well as add or remove passkeys.

※ Please note that if you delete a passkey here, you will no longer be able to log in using that passkey, even if the passkey information remains on your device.
