Announcement: Web, Mail and PSP service hosting Server Security Update (11/12/2026)

Dear valued customer,

 

Thank you for choosing Pacific Software Publishing, Inc.

 

We will be installing the new version of kernel to countermeasure a security vulnerability (CVE-2025-39964) on the servers hosting our email, web, and PSPINC services on the dates listed below. 

During this maintenance, we will reboot the target server to apply this update and we expect our services to be unavailable for a few minutes during the following time periods: 

 

The schedule is as follows:

 

* USA Pacific Standard Time
- November 12 (Thu) 7:00 - 10:00am

 

* Japan Time
- November 12 (Thu) 11:00pm - November 13 (Fri) 2:00am
