Where we started
Founded in 1987, we started with bringing our powerful technology to Japan. In the 1990s, we shifted our focus to the U.S. and supporting businesses of all sizes with easy-to-use solutions to help them take advantage of the growing online marketplace.
Our first web server went live in January 1996 and we opened our first data center in 2000. Since then, we've grown into a team of skilled software designers, web and graphic designers, programmers, account managers, customer service representatives and support technicians to keep up with the ever-changing, exciting world of online business.
Our very important customers
More than 38,000 companies around the world trust us for websites, email and online services. While we pride ourselves on our extensive – and happy – customer base, we never forget what's at the heart of our mission – meeting every customer's unique needs with friendly, knowledgeable service.
We love to help our community, which is why we donate free web hosting and web development to more than a dozen nonprofit organizations, using our best resources to benefit our community partners. Learn more on our community page.
In 2011, we matched donations for the Japan Tsunami Relief Fund, which raised more than $70,000 to help aid disaster victims. PSP Children's Foundation was established in 2012 to provide programs and opportunities for children who are victims of natural disasters.
Caring for the environment
We are committed to green practices and take our responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint seriously. We strive to offer the greenest technology and services without compromising our commitment to secure and stable services.
We've been recognized every year since 2008 as one of King County's Best Workplaces for Recycling and Waste Reduction, earning us a place on their Honor Roll for our company-wide recycling and waste reduction efforts. We are also a proud participant in Puget Sound Energy's Green Power Program with our PC recycling program to ensure the safe disposal and recycling of old hardware.
To get us around town, our company fleet is comprised of fuel-efficient vehicles, including a fully electric Nissan Leaf.
