Meaning what are you going to do in one or three years - what are you preparing for?

In my company, we are always working on new development for the future. We are constantly thinking and creating something that we have never done before. In many cases, we don't know if it will be successful, but we won’t know until we try it. Regardless, we are always working on the next project.

We aren’t always just thinking about innovations. There is also a constant push to make our current systems better, which is also a big challenge. It’s important to strike a balance between making the present better and developing our dreams for the future. This is the reason why we have been in business for 33 years.
