We launched our ad-free blog site, bloguru.com, on September 1st, 2004 and have been running it ever since. Bloguru is not run by advertisements like other blog websites, so you won’t see any ads within the system. This means that we do not receive any income from running Bloguru. So why do we run Bloguru?

We are in the business of hosting websites. We have 45,000 domains in our data center, mostly in Japan and the US - this is our source of income. In addition to hosting, we also design and develop websites.

Needless to say, it is important for a website to be seen by many people. As a way to attract more people to your website, you need to be listed on search engines like Google. It’s not easy to be ranked at the top of search engines with just your website alone.

So how do you promote your website? We developed Bloguru as a way to attract people to your company or an individual and then lead them to your website. The absence of advertisements makes it easier for search engines to find and list you.

There are many people who think that Bloguru is not effective. There are many people who believe that having everything on their own website is better for search sites. However, the content written on Bloguru is often ranked higher by search engines. Please give it a try.
