Starting with our true BGP4 based multi-fiber connections with automatic failover in case of any fiber connection problem, we protect our servers with the latest firewall from Netscreen. We monitor all of our servers 24/7 using software developed by our engineers. The final defense is our trained Network Administrators. We man our datacenter around the clock to monitor, maintain and support all of our servers, network equipment and most importantly our customer's files. Our customer can call us any time of the day and talk to our support personnel on duty at Fisher.

As one of the most secure datacenters on the planet, Fisher Plaza ensures protection. But just in case, as an additional safe-guard we also back up our entire data system using our secure fiber optic line to our back up datacenter located several hundred miles away.

If additional security is requested, we provide data encryption systems on the server. This enables data to be secure in the event that an unauthorized individual gains access to the server.
