Mayumi Nakamura graduated from Portland State University with a B.A. in English in 1990 and a Master of Business Administration in 1992. After graduating, she joined PSP in 1993 as an Export Sales Manager. Over the years at PSP, Ms. Nakamura has worked and supported various departments. Her role as Vice President and COO allowed her to direct the daily operations of the business and develop more opportunities in the domestic U.S. market.
On July 1, 2009, Ms. Nakamura officially became the President and CEO of PSP and will continue to manage and direct the overall future growth of the company in the coming years.

Chairman & Founder
Ken Uchikura founded PSP, Inc. in his apartment on Mercer Island, WA in 1987. Since establishing PSP, Mr. Uchikura has expanded the company from its initial focus of licensing and localizing Japanese software products to an Internet Specialist in the 1990s. Through the years, he has led the research and development of various popular web-based services and server applications. Under his direction, the company has grown to provide services to corporations in the U.S. and Japanese markets.
In 2009, Mr. Uchikura moved into the position of Chairman in order to pursue other business ventures and projects, and to continue perfecting his golf game.
