To provide the highest level of reliability and security, we house our primary data center in Fisher Plaza, which is also the home of ABC broadcasting affiliate KOMO TV. This six story state-of-the-art building was designed from the ground up to be a Datacenter.
With a 24-hour secured entrance, picture card key access system, and massive diesel generators that can power both buildings for weeks in case of a power outage, Fisher Plaza is capable of withstanding a magnitude 8.0 earthquake. Our data center is considered to be one of the best in the world in terms of its capability and safety. In addition to the buildings and facilities, PSP provides one of the most comprehensive security systems to protect your servers, data and programs.
How do we do it?
We start with true BGP4 based multi-fiber connections with automatic failover in case of any fiber connection problems, and protect our servers with the latest firewall. We staff our data center and monitor all of our servers, switches, routers and connectivity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customers can call us any time of the day and talk to our support personnel on duty at our data center. We back up our entire data system to our back-up datacenter located in Bellevue, WA.
